For over a decade, Youth Spirit Squads has operated as the premier cheer program in New Mexico. We partnered with them to modernize their digital presence by developing a clear brand architecture that defines the hierarchy of their 3 sub-brands, formalizing the identity and positioning for each. This strategic foundation translated into a cohesive website that showcases the individual programs while resolving technical challenges for both the internal team and parents. To support their mission, we produced a professional video highlighting the impact of their work and their 10-year legacy within the community.

Beyond their visual identity, we significantly streamlined their internal operations by leveraging custom forms and automated email communications for both internal and external workflows. We also established email as new lead-capture channel that previously did not exist.
