With 37% of the state’s nonprofits relying on federal support, private resources have become hyper-competitive, leaving small and mid-sized organizations highly vulnerable.

Our client, Prospera Partners, created this white paper to bypass the traditional cycle of endless meetings and deliver an immediate, evidence-based framework for deep operational transformation. The report calls on philanthropy to bridge the funding gap through multi-year, unrestricted grants, while providing a blueprint for organizations to break down professional silos through facilitated Communities of Practice (CoP). We partnered with Prospera Partners on this vital initiative by lightly editing their copy to sharpen its impact and executing the full graphic design to bring their critical data and vision to life.
